FUEL Partners with EcoMatcher to address Climate Change

At FUEL, we believes that businesses have a critical role to play in tackling many of the problems we see in the world today.  Craig Griffin from FUEL recently met Bas Fransen, CEO of tree-planting organisation EcoMatcher at ESOMAR APAC Conference in Macau in May 2019. After being thoroughly impressed by the tree he received via email while attending the Conference, Craig discussed with Bas how be could support EcoMatcher's goal to plant 1 billion trees by 2024. Planting trees is considered by many leading scientists to be the most effective way to tackle climate change.

 

We are now pleased to announce FUEL is partnering with EcoMatcher to help increase reach and increase tree-planting in Thailand. EcoMatcher helps companies to become visibly more sustainable through transparent tree planting. Through EcoMatcher, you can adopt or plant trees. Tree recipients can virtually travel to their trees and learn more. You will know everything about every tree, from the type of tree, the precise location planted, date of planting, how much carbon your are offsetting and even the farmer. Trees can be integrated in a variety of ways in businesses:

2. Corporate Gifting

3. Loyalty Programs - offering customers to convert their points / miles etc to trees

4. Employee Engagement

5. Trees @ Check Out - enable any e-commerce and event platform to let customers add trees upon check-out
